Workflow

Mechanical work grouped by project stage

1. Study and validation

Expert evaluation, non-destructive and destructive testing, feasibility studies, economic review, technical risk assessment, 3D modelling, strength calculations, FEA, and product testing.

2. Material processing

Turning, milling, grinding, and preparation of heavy workpieces in steel, titanium, aluminum, bronze, brass, copper, cast iron, and stainless steel.

3. Joining and treatment

MIG/MAG, TIG, manual arc, submerged arc welding, capacitive discharge welding, hardening, carburising, nitriding, annealing, normalising, and stress relief.

4. Assembly and quality control

Mechanical and electromechanical assembly, part adjustment, post-assembly tuning, dimensional control, weld examination, pressure testing, and final quality verification.
